How The Order Online Process Works

Once you have submitted your order through the "Order Online" portal, we will send you an email with an invoice for your order.

 

Unfortunately at this time our payment system is not directly linked to our website. However, this is a welcomed issue as it gives us a moment to communicate with you regarding any special requests you have about your order and/or communicate about any special instructions regarding your delivery. This is one reason why we require 36 hour notice on our online orders.

Your delivery time request will be confirmed at the time the invoice is sent. Delivery cannot be made until payment is received.

How can I request items that are sold out?

You may notice that some of our items are quite often "Sold Out". The two main reasons an item may often be "Sold Out" is because:

1) Customers love this item and we are trying to keep them in stock!

2) Because of the products we utilize from other local establishments; we may simply be waiting on ingredient availability.

Where is your store located?

We do not have a storefront at this time.

Because we do not have a storefront we can only offer the "Pickup" option of orders from public events we are participating at.

What makes you so shameless?

We are shameless because we keep it down-to-earth and real. Real sugar, real flour, real eggs and occasionally we purchase a separate bottle of beer for ourselves.

We aren't afraid to experiment with flavors or ingredients and that makes us pretty shameless.

Do you ship?

At this time we do not offer shipping for our products. Our products are best delivered fresh or frozen.

Some products, such as non-frosted brownies or cake without frosting, can be shipped.

How much time is needed to complete an order?

If an order is submitted through our Online Order page then we will make every effort to have the order to you by your specified delivery time request. Orders need a minimum of 36 hours to be processed.

If products are requested that are Sold Out; your time estimated delivery time frame may be a week away. It all depends on the ingredients.

​

For larger orders ($125 USD or more) your order may need longer than a week to be prepared. 

​

Bottom line - start the dialogue with us about your order as soon as possible so we can work together to meet your event needs.

Are all your products kid friendly?

Yes, our products are kid friendly.

​

Through our specialized process our products come out with less than half a percent of alcohol in them (way less). We are the "beer breads" of the sweet world that is.

​

In working with various beers, wines, and spirits we have found that alcohol merely enhances our recipes. 

​

Younger kids may not fully appreciate the palette response adults have when sampling our alcohol flavored products. But they will definitely still find them just as tasty!

The reason calling us comes up last on this list is because as the owner/baker and with a staff of one, when my hands are covered in sugar and flour it is extremely difficult to pick up the phone in a timely manner. 

What is the best way to store your products?

We strive to deliver fresh products to you. However, sometimes it is necessary for us to freeze our products. Freezing our products does not degrade the product. In fact, moisture is retained by freezing the product.

We highly recommend if you have leftovers once you have purchased from us that they are consumed within 48 hours if left at room temperature. You can place the leftovers in the refrigerator and your product will last up to an additional 2 days (3 days total following date of purchase). 

​

If your items are delivered to you frozen then they can be placed in the freezer for up to 30 days before consuming.

​

When you are ready to enjoy our products and they are coming out of a freezer or refrigerator, please allow up to 45 minutes for products to come to room temperature before consuming.

Do you have nut free/dairy free products?

Some of our products do not contain nuts or dairy. A list of ingredients for each product can be found on our menu page.

What are your delivery terms?

As we are a one/two person operation our delivery times are staggered. If the delivery is outside of our established delivery area you may incur a fee of either $5 USD or $10 USD. These fees are assessed by the mileage from our production facility, quantity of products, and the time of day. Delivery fees are calculated into your order when you order online. When a product request is made we will use the same rate calculator for your custom order. â€‹In the event of inclement weather or unusual traffic conditions we will work with you to ensure the delivery is made. 

Do you have gluten free products?

We do not offer gluten free products.
